Copper busbar flexible connectors are made from T2 electrolytic copper through processes such as multi-layer lamination, diffusion bonding, and forging. They offer excellent conductivity, flexibility, and bend resistance, capable of handling high currents and frequent vibrations. Surface treatments like tin or silver plating are available. These connectors are suitable for applications in new energy batteries, power equipment, rail transit, electrical cabinets, and more.
