Thermal Paste
Thermal grease is a paste-like thermal conductive material made from organic silicone oil base, filled with thermally conductive additives such as aluminum oxide, zinc oxide, and boron nitride. It offers excellent thermal conductivity and electrical insulation, good fluidity, ease of application, and remains non-curing. Ideal for filling micro-gaps in CPU/GPU cooling, power devices, LED lighting, power modules, and more.

Thermal conductivity: 0.8-8W/m·K; Operating temperature: -50℃ to 200℃; Volume resistivity: ≥1×10¹²Ω·cm
