Conductive Foam
Conductive foam is a functional shielding material made from polyurethane foam substrate coated with conductive fabric or impregnated with conductive fillers. It offers excellent conductivity, electromagnetic shielding, and cushioning properties. Soft and compressible with high resilience, it can be adhesive-backed and die-cut for applications such as EMI gaskets, electronic device buffering, and connector sealing across multiple industries.
Material
Polyurethane foam + conductive fabric/conductive filler + conductive adhesive
Tolerance
Density tolerance: ±0.01g/cm³, Compression set: ≤10%, Surface resistivity: ≤0.1Ω/□
Surface Treatment
Adhesive application, slitting and die-cutting, and punching processing
