Tin-plated copper braided mesh
Tin-plated copper braid is a conductive shielding material made from oxygen-free copper wires woven into a mesh and tin-plated on the surface. It offers excellent conductivity, electromagnetic shielding, and flexibility. The tin plating provides oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, and ease of soldering. Ideal for cable shielding, grounding connections, electromagnetic shielding, battery connections, and other applications.
Material
Oxygen-Free Copper Wire (TU1/TU2) + Tin Plating
Tolerance
Wire diameter tolerance: ±0.01mm; Braiding density: ≥85%; Width tolerance: ±1mm
